Refund and Returns Policy

At Tabeer Oud, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
  • Products that have been personalized or customized

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may require proof of the damage or defect, such as photos, in order to process your request.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and issue a refund if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • The item was not personalized or customized

Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
